Service begins 90 days prior to wedding date (but, we are happy to give recommendations earlier in your planning process!)
1 In-Person Kick-Off Meeting, Weekly Virutal Meetings, 1 Venue Walk-Through
Composition of FULL DAY timeline
Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination
Oversee the setup of your ceremony and reception spaces with your hired vendors
Setup of personal items and personal spaces (gift table, in memory of tables, thank you gifts, etc)
Bridal party attendent service (keeping everyone on time prior to ceremony)
Logistical captain to all vendors at start of service to obtain setup needs, arrival times, timeline feedback. “Go-to” for all vendors day of event.
Identity where risk or issues might occur and plan ahead for them
Pack away personal items at the end of the night / Coordinate Tear Down
We do travel! (extra fees do apply, but please ask!)
*We will create a tear down plan for the crew you have appointed end of night. However, SDE is not a strike team and is not responsible for lost, broken, or rental items.
