We know not one size fits all, therefore, we currently offer three service packages based on your need.

  • Rehearsal Coordination + Day-of Coordination + Setup & Tear Down

  • Lead Coordinator + Setup Lead + Assistants (if needed)

  • One Site Visit / Final Venue Walkthrough

  • 4 Virtual Meetings - but, unlimited texts and emails to answer any questions you have

  • Composition of FULL DAY timeline and access to a Timeline Genius account

  • Setup of personal items in ceremony and reception spaces - we will work with your other vendors too!

  • Provide tips and tricks for making personal packing easy and stress free leading into your big day

  • “Go-to” for all vendors at start of service through your big day. We even do a thorough review of all your contracts

  • Access to Timeline Genius account to store all your important wedding documents and timelines

  • Access to Wedding Day Emergency Kit - you need it, we probably have it!

  • We do travel! (extra fees do apply, but please ask!)

  • Need assistance with rehearsal dinner coordination, setup, and tear down? We can help! Setup and tear down hourly rate will be applied.

This package is required for backyard or tent weddings, and at select venues due to their policies and/or work involved.

Setup & Tear Down Only

(excludes Coordination Services)

$100/hour

  • 1 Setup Lead + (at least) 1 Assistant

  • Complete setup of venue/s from tables, chairs, Linens, florals - to other personal spaces such as Gift and Guest Book tables, signage, etc. The scope and requirements of setup and tear down required (and, pricing) will be pre-determined before the event during planning meetings

  • Bussing, Trash Removal, Spill Clean Up can be provided

  • 2 virtual meetings + 1 venue walk-through

  • Provide tips and tricks for making personal packing easy and stress free leading into your big day

  • Venue contract review

  • Tear down of all personal items setup earlier in the day - we pack everything up and put it into the designated cars you have appointed

  • We do travel! (extra fees do apply, but please ask!)
