Sarah Ried, Owner & Lead Coordinator

Not having a Wedding Coordinator at my own wedding in 2017 was my biggest regret. While I had an amazing day, the first half of it was very stressful trying to personally keep my timeline on track, which had many moving pieces and people. After 15+ years leading Client Service and Operations teams in the corporate world, I decided to pursue and launch Seamless Day Events fulltime in the Michiana & Southwest Michigan area! So, here we are!

My family is “my why” and they continue to keep me motivated, engaged, and supported in all I do. When I’m not running around at your wedding, I am probably spending time with my family, cooking, or getting coffee at Starbucks.

Making my clients happy and feeling satisfied is what brings me energy and joy. My goal is to bring your dream day and vision to life and see that huge smile on your face.

Let me take the stress of execution from you and...

….make your day seamlessly sweet <3

Kendra Bradley, Lead Setup Coordinator

Kendra oversees the setup of the venue space and personal items, ensuring that our client visisions come to life. She typically is the first to greet your vendors and will be the first line of defense should any issues occur. Sarah and Kendra have been best friends since high school, so they know what makes the other tick, while also keeping each other honest like sisters. It’s a good balance and makes a great recipe to execute any event.

Kendra is a TWIN MOM and resides with her husband and dog, Roxy, in the Mishawaka countryside. When she’s not looking at the beautiful, picturesque views from her porch and playing with her girls, she’s usually playing a round of golf!

At Seamless Day Events, our mission is to create a stress-free, customized experience for every client through thoughtful preparation, proactive planning, and a flawless execution that results in making your event a seamlessly sweet day to remember forever.

“You were so calm and collected that it helped us stay that way! You were so on top of everything and it helped us turn our brains off and enjoy it all.” -‘22 Bride, Molly C.
