Event Coordinating Services

  • Price is customized based on many variables including, but not limited to: size of event, location, and desired needs

  • Lead Coordinator + (at least) 1 Assistant Coordinator day of event

  • Service begins no later than 90 days prior to event date (but, we are happy to give recommendations earlier in your planning process!)

  • Weekly meetings, 1 Venue Walk-Through

  • Composition of FULL DAY timeline and/or Run of Show

  • Oversee the setup of event space/s with your hired vendors

  • Logistical captain to all vendors at start of service to obtain setup needs, arrival times, timeline feedback. “Go-to” for all vendors day of event

  • Identity where risk or issues might occur and plan ahead for them

  • Pack away personal items at the end of the night / Coordinate Tear Down*

  • We do travel! (extra fees do apply, but please ask!)

*We will create a tear down plan for the crew you have appointed end of night. However, SDE is not a strike team and is not responsible for lost, broken, or rental items.
